9 a.m.
Set up pens, equipment, & Prepare grounds for the arrival of animals and projects. All chapters and clubs are expected to assist with the set-up, as well as the clean-up following the show.
8 – 8:45 a.m.
Horse show arrival and check-in at Salt Creek Arena.
9 a.m.
Horse Show - Salt Creek Arena
6 p.m.
Floor prices for market animals are due in Livestock Office

Wed, Mar 23, 2005

8 – 11 a.m.
Arrival / weigh-in of market goats. Breeding meat goats will be accepted until 11.
8 – 12 noon
Arrival and weigh-in of market swine. Arrival and entries of breeding swine due till noon. Swine carcass entries / sono-grams are due in office following weigh-in.
3 p.m.
Breeding Goat Show followed by Market Goats – Show arena
**Release of non-placing animals after show and breeding
goats following shows.
3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Arrival and check-in of Home Economics projects and Environmental Science projects – Exhibit Building
4 – 9 p.m.
Arrival / registration of shop projects – lawn of Fair Hall

Arrival of prospect steers, market steers, breeding heifers
8:00 a.m.
Judging of Home Ec department
8:30 – 11:30a.m.
Weigh-in of steers. Carcass entries / sonograms due at this time. LATE breeding entries close at 11:30.
7 – 8:30 a.m.
Arrival and weigh-in of market sheep & arrival of breeding

Public Speaking contest – Extension Office
8:30 – 11:30a.m.
Weigh-in of steers. Carcass entries / sonograms due at this time. LATE breeding entries close at 11:30.
10 – 11:30 a.m.
Tractor Driving entries due in office

Breeding Sheep Show followed by the Market Sheep Show / sale order
**Release of non-placing market / breeding sheep following shows.

Tractor Driving Contest – south of Rodeo arena

Breeding beef – paper check

Exhibit Bldg open for viewing of Home Ec, Environmental, and Horticulture entries.

Market rabbit show followed by Breeding rabbit show – Fair Hall

Broiler show – Show arena
6 – 7 p.m.
Release of all Home Economics entries. Any projects not picked up on time will be disposed of.
Release of Environmental project. Unclaimed projects are not the responsibility of Home Economics people.
6:15 – 7 p.m.
Pork Quality Assurance / Carcass Quality Standards Program at Fair Hall. Exhibitors entering Swine Carcass Contest must be present to receive any awards.
7 – 8 p.m.
Steer Quality Assurance / Carcass Quality Standards Program at Fair Hall. Exhibitors entering Steer Carcass Contest must be present to receive awards.
